When can I expect my items? TOP
Most items are created for you upon receipt of payment. Therefore please expect your items to be completed and ready for shipment in 3-10 business days. If there are any expected delays we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss such delays. Please take into consideration shipping time when expecting your order, which will be in addition to the timeframe provided. What if I need my item sooner? TOP
Our orders are processed in the order received. If you need your item sooner than the above mentioned timeframe, please contact us prior to completing your order. There may be a rush charge associated with this service. We can also determine if you would rather a faster delivery service in which you incur any addition shipping charges associated with this option. We can discuss these options in more detail as each situation is unique. How much is shipping? TOP
We use USPS to deliver our products to our customers.
Our shipping charges are as follows:
$0-$40.00 product costs $5 to ship
$40.01-$75.00 product costs $10 to ship
$75.01 and up ship for free. I’m a local customer; do I need to have my items shipped? TOP
If you live local in the Fresno County area of California and would rather not pay for shipping charges, please contact me to make arrangements. We can meet, you can pick up, and in some cases I can deliver. After we have made arrangements, please choose local pick-up as your shipping option. What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that most of our items are handmade upon order, we do not accept refunds at this time with one exception. If the item is defective upon delivery, please let us know within 3 days. We will need the defective item returned and a new like-item will be sent back in its place once we receive the defective item. Please contact us prior to returning the item so we can determine a resolution. How safe are your items? TOP
We inspect every item for workmanship issues prior to shipping. With that noted, our products are not toys. No child should be left alone with these items. Proper precautions should be made when using these items on or with children. No child 3 years or younger should be left alone with the products, including but not limited to hair accessories or bottlecap necklaces, as they may contain small parts that the child may choke on. Please remove all accessories prior to nap or bedtime. Are your products CPSIA compliant? TOP
All components of our products have been tested prior to our purchase to determine lead levels. We have copies of all certifications on file, with the exception of rhinestones. Therefore, items with rhinestones shall only be purchased for individuals 12 years or older.
Do you do special orders? TOP
YES! If you don’t see something on our site, or need something customized, please contact us. We would love to work on your special items! There is no additional charge for special orders. We will charge you the same as a similar item listed on our site. If we do not have a similar item, we will charge you the market value of the special item. We will let you know the cost before we begin production. Do you have a referral program in place? TOP
We love that you love our items enough to refer us to others! We would love to thank you for it. We are still working up a referral program into the site. At this time if someone you referred orders $10 or more from our web site, we will give you 10% off of your next order. Please have that person contact us to let us know your full name and email address. We will then send you a coupon code through email.

We would love for you to carry our items in your store/business. Please fill out the application on the wholesale page and we will contact you with our wholesale terms. Are there discounts for large orders? TOP
At this time we are offering free shipping for customers who purchase over $75.00 of product. If you plan on ordering a significant amount of inventory, please contact us via our wholesale application so that we can try to meet your needs. Can my child or I be a model for your site? TOP
We love to see pictures of our products in action. We are working on a photo gallery of different customers using our items. If you would like your child or yourself included in this section of our site, please contact us. We will need you to sign a release form when you send in your pictures. Where else can I find your items? TOP
Currently our items are for sale at Urban Ornaments in Clovis, Ca. and on Etsy.com under the seller name ButterfliesAndBabes.
We also do home and lunch shows for you and your friends in your home or office. If you are interested in hosting a show, please contact us.
In addition, we sell our items at different festivals, home boutiques, and events throughout the Central California area. Please contact us if you would like to know the details of our next outing. Do you have any additional product information? TOP
All of our hair bows and accessories are made in my smoke-free home studio. We use high quality ribbon and supplies when making these items. All ribbon ends are heat treated to prevent fraying. We inspect all items for manufacturing defects prior to shipping them to our wonderful customers. The items that we carry that are not handmade by us are the highest quality we can find. We are always searching for the newest trends and styles so you don’t have to.
